Duration:
7 hours
Schedule:
1
day
Delivery:
Audience:
  • Technicians
  • Maintenance Engineers
Objectives:
  • Navigate the Cordant™ AD interface and understand the end-to-end workflow for deploying analytics.
  • Classify and configure assets, including shafts, bearings, and key operational properties.
  • Add and manage machine properties such as rated speed, rotor diameter, and bearing clearances.
  • Set measurement thresholds and configure run state tags to monitor machine status.
  • Map and synchronize tags from System 1™ or other sources to ensure accurate data alignment.
  • Apply extraction analytics to calculate key variables like 1X amplitude ratio and temperature ratios.
  • Deploy performance analytics to evaluate asset efficiency, head, and other performance metrics.
  • Select and clean historical data to train anomaly detection models, removing noise and shutdown states.
  • Deploy anomaly detection models to identify deviations in asset behavior.
  • Implement persistence criteria to reduce false alarms and ensure meaningful anomaly detection.
  • Generate and classify anomaly events based on severity and rate of change.
  • Identify machine operating modes using predefined tags to enhance contextual analysis.
