  • Learn how to use Cordant™ Asset Strategy in your particular job role.
  • Develop a high-level understanding of what Asset Strategy Management is, how ASM works alongside Work Management, and how Cordant™ Asset Strategy aligns with the ASM process.
  • Become familiar with of each of the core workspaces within Cordant™ Asset Strategy, and their position within the process.
  • Discover how to use Activities to create and manage Components and Physical Assets.
  • Understand how the approval workflow ensures quality and compliance.

Program:
  • Experience using each of the core Workspaces in Cordant™ Asset Strategy, with exercises in creating Activities for each of the key Workspaces.
  • Explore building a Component strategy following a Reliability Centered Maintenance approach and see how this is pushed to associated Physical Assets.
  • Learn how to perform ‘What If’ scenario modelling using relevant Workspaces to see the before and after results, and judge whether to send the changes for approval.
  • See how changes made to Physical Assets can impact maintenance strategy packaging, and understand the workflow for deployment.
